Eplanet Global is looking for an eBay Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update, and manage product listings on eBay with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

- Ensure all product listings are optimized for eBay search, using relevant keywords, categories, and formats.

- Monitor and analyze product performance, making adjustments to improve rankings and visibility.

- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.

- Coordinate with the warehouse or external vendors for shipping logistics.

- Track shipments and update customers on order status as needed.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring items are restocked when necessary.

- Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies between actual stock and online listings.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues such as order discrepancies, returns, and refunds.

- Maintain positive customer feedback and ratings through excellent communication and problem resolution.

- Ensure adherence to eBay's policies and guidelines.

- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing an eBay store or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Strong knowledge of eBay's rules, listing processes, and best practices.

- Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Familiarity with eBay analytics and tools for optimizing listings and performance.

- Proficiency in e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Excel, shipping platforms).

- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
