Position: Senior Executive Employee Experience - Fleet Management

Location: Islamabad

Reporting to: Deputy Director OAS

Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • To Facilitate all fleet operations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Nationwide Supervision of Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs.
  • Nationwide Fleet Budget Management.
  • Fleet Safety and Compliance.
  • Fleet Acquisition and Disposal.
  • Fuel/Lube Management.
  • Nationwide Fleet Tracking and Telematics.
  • Drivers & Team Management.
  • Regulatory/Regional Laws Compliance.
  • Insurance and Risk Management.
  • Reporting, Documentation and PPTs preparation for EMT projects.
  • Internal Customer Service & Nationwide Operations Supervision.
  • Compliance POC for C&IA requirements
  • Expert Pool Member and POC for nominating OAS Expert Pool member for TE
  • HQ Office Internal and outside Parking Management
  • Armored Vehicles and Expats Special duties and IT/NOC Shifts management
  • Special arrangements regarding CMCC delegations
  • HQ fleet management directly and support to region as per day to day requirement.
  • Special attention and management of expats vehicles (armored fleet).
  • Daily dealing with HCM system for nationwide fleet maintenance tickets.
  • Dealing with panel workshops (3S and A-grade both) for maintenance of HQ owned fleet.
  • Liaison with Govt. offices i.e. Excise and Taxation, ITP, Banks etc.
  • To ensure 99% pool fleet availability for daily business smooth operations.
  • To ensure 98% and more VRF and TAF accommodation.
  • Invoices follow up with vendors for timely submission and verification process.
  • Monthly reports submissions regarding VRF, R&M, Fuel etc.
  • Day to day support for data collection from regions and compilation as per management requirement i.e. Data for insurance renewal, token taxes renewal, fleet detailed information, fleet efficiency report, mileages vs. fuel etc.
  • To ensure smooth logistic of goods at expats houses according to the requirement.
  • Management of daily NOC and IT shifts pick & drop (24/7) for their smooth operations.
  • HQ basement parking management for entitled employees vehicles along with ladies parking area.
  • Delegation duties.
  • Any other special assignment given by the management.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelors

Work Experience:

  • 3 plus years in relevant field
