What will you be doing?
  • Understand client requirements and proposed architecture, and lead team members.
  • Participate in technical discussions with the client's team and provide guidance.
  • Lead estimation exercises with the team.
  • Participate in cross-team initiatives such as component libraries.
  • Set up best practices for the team.
  • Deliver high-quality software products that meet quality criteria.
  • Craft maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Balance collaborative work with self-directed initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Passion for product development and emerging technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js.
  • Experience with Web Services using REST, WebSockets, and Server Sent Events.
  • Familiarity with source control, Git, GitHub.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD setups, preferably using GitHub Actions.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, innovation, ambition, and readiness for a transformative journey.
  • Potential over formal qualifications, demonstrated through experience, GitHub contributions, and technical tests.
  • Mastery of React and Next.js.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with online rich text editors.
  • At least three years of valuable experience.
  • Proficiency in other technologies (Node.js, React Native, Java) is a bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in agile team environments and contribute proactively.
