Qualifications: Bachelors in Marketing, Masters holders will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop campaigns for existing and upcoming products.
  • Brand management and brand identity.
  • Gauge the creative and design aspect for all outgoing campaigns.
  • Conduct all creative writing, including:
    • Articles in newspapers.
    • Theme development.
    • Designing.
    • Developing distribution cycles.
    • Publications and capability statements.
  • Conduct, design, and anchor events.
  • Develop in-house electronic ads.
  • Coordinate with clients, AD agency, and in-house team; responsible for producing deliverables.
Job Specification
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
  • Demonstrable marketing campaign design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines.
  • Must have at least 5-10 years of experience.
  • Must understand the advertising agency cycle and have experience working in an Advertising/PR agency.
  • Hiring will be done on a profile basis with interviews after shortlisting. A portfolio is required for evaluation of the candidate's past works.
