Join The Pulse Tech in Bahadurabad, Karachi, as a part-time Upwork Sales & Lead Generation Intern and kickstart your career in online sales and client management We're seeking enthusiastic, results-driven individuals (open to all) to drive sales and lead generation for our brands and services on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and social media.

Timings: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time, flexible shifts within this window)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively bidding on Upwork and Fiverr projects to secure high-value opportunities
  • Crafting compelling, tailored proposals and messages to win client trust
  • Managing LinkedIn DMs, comments, and social media chats to generate leads
  • Coordinating with freelancers to ensure timely delivery of top-quality work
  • Following up with clients to convert leads into sales and build lasting relationships
  • Strong written English communication skills for professional client interactions
  • Confidence in handling chats and negotiations on freelancing platforms
  • Eagerness to learn sales, bidding, and lead generation (training provided)
  • Basic familiarity with Upwork or Fiverr is a plus but not required
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working late-night shifts to align with global clients
  • Have freelancing experience or knowledge of online platforms
  • Can write engaging, personalized messages to build client trust
  • Are familiar with tech industry projects or have a degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology
