About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in open-source technologies and deep expertise in JavaScript and Python. You will play a key role in building scalable applications, working on both frontend and backend development using modern frameworks like Next.js, React Native, and FastAPI.

This is an onsite-only role based in Sialkot. Remote applications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Next.js, React Native, and FastAPI.
  • End-to-End Development: Work on both frontend and backend, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
  • Open Source Contributions: Actively contribute to and leverage open-source technologies in our projects.
  • API Development & Integration: Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and efficient.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality software.
  • Learning & Growth: Stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously improve your skill set.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (Next.js, React Native) & Python (FastAPI)
  • Experience with open-source projects and a passion for the open-source community
  • Full Stack Development – comfortable with frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Python, FastAPI)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good to Have
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other modern API frameworks
  • Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub profile
