About the Role:

Jaffer Business Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with key business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Note: This role requires working in the US Time Zone and supporting a US-based business, so knowledge of US business operations and US taxation is essential.

Location: Onsite

Timings: US Time Zone 6PM-3AM

Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct detailed Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Present financial data and insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial executive or similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience or strong understanding of US business standards and US taxation is required.
