Job Title: Post Admin and Accounts Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic Post Admin and Accounts Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our institution, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and driving new admissions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm welcome for students, parents, and visitors
2. Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
3. Coordinate new admissions, including prospectus distribution, application processing, and follow-ups
4. Develop and implement effective fee recovery strategies to minimize defaulters
5. Assist with payroll and accounts tasks, as required
6. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide data analysis to support decision-making
7. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff through excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving queries and issues

Requirements:

1. Good personality and excellent communication skills
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
3. Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic
4. Effective correspondence and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
7. Previous experience in a similar role (administration, accounts, or customer service)
