Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Developer located in Lahore. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for full-cycle Odoo implementation, API integrations, custom module development, and creating tailored reports and dashboards. Day-to-day tasks include writing efficient code, debugging and maintaining the existing systems, collaborating with Functional Consultants, and providing dedicated support and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules as per business requirements.
  • Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, providing timely fixes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features.
  • Upgrade and migrate Odoo instances between different versions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Odoo development (Odoo v13 and above preferred).
  • Strong command of Python and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Odoo's ORM, Workflows, Security, and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of Odoo deployment, configuration, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise.
  • If you are good at spoken English, this will be a plus.
