Job Purpose:

• The incumbent will work on next generation Business Support System (OCS/CRM) to handle and mature core platform and Enterprise level applications & solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and implementation of Business Support Systems (BSS), ensuring timely and seamless integration with internal systems (e.g., CRM, OCS) and external partner platforms.
• Manage and coordinate the entire change lifecycle—including change request analysis, prioritization, impact assessment, and implementation planning—across BSS systems.
• Drive and oversee integration efforts between BSS components and third-party platforms, including partners, vendors, and network nodes.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, vendor and stakeholders to align solution architecture with business and operational goals.
• Assess and manage risks related to BSS changes and integrations, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
• Facilitate change management and change requests with stakeholders, business users technical domains and ensuring new developments are delivered and adopted smoothly.
• Execute and provide clear and transparent updates on project phases including development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and Go-Live stages.
• Support for in-house development capacity building for reporting or internal tool enhancements, ensuring they align with architectural best practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and governance practices in all aspects of solution delivery and platform integration.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. TOGAF/ Agile / SCRUM Certification will be preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT planning & products Implementation stream of BSS stack.

Skills – Job Specific:

• Strong expertise in BSS architecture and operations, particularly in CRM, OCS (Online Charging System), Settlement, Mediation, Channel Management, Order Management, Commission, and Inventory Management.
• Proven experience in change delivery and management, including evaluating, planning, and implementing change requests across complex BSS environments.
• Understanding of effort estimation frameworks of BSS Stack Developments and Capable of defining and maintaining technical evaluation criteria for new features, integrations, and architectural upgrades within the BSS stack.
• In-depth understanding of solution and software architecture principles, including data, application, and integration layers relevant to telecom BSS.
• Experience in integrating BSS systems with external platforms, including partner APIs, network nodes, and third-party vendors. Strong understanding of CRM and OCS integration models, charging and rating logic, and customer lifecycle management in a telecom environment. Skilled in managing scope, cost, timeline, and deliverables of BSS system releases using structured project management methodologies.
• Ability to recommend and implement solutions for performance optimization, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery within the BSS ecosystem.
• Experienced in working within matrix teams, leading cross-functional collaboration between business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Committed to driving excellence in process efficiency, service reliability, and customer satisfaction through proactive planning and technical governance.
