Job Responsibilities
  • Strive to improve organization's compliance to process, policies and standards
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews/audits to ensure that processes and policies within the organization are being followed
  • Randomly review in-progress project work to highlight compliance issues and provide advice on compliance matters
  • Continually identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; assist functional heads (Process Owners) in implementing corrective actions for resolution of compliance issues
  • Act as an independent body to ensure and enforce that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately investigated, recorded and resolved
  • Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of all departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
  • Develop and maintain an effective compliance system; process, policies, and communication channels for the organization
  • Ensure that compliance procedures and policies are followed and improved continually. Maintain documentation of compliance activities
  • Assist functional heads (process owners) and HR in developing an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing trainings (refreshers) for all employees
  • Ensure ISO 9001 and any other standards which the organization is certified or compliant are in place and followed wholeheartedly in the organization and in true spirit
  • Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress. Consolidate all review/audit report findings and action plans for senior management review
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to discuss and report compliance matters anonymously, seek clarification on compliance-related issues, and highlight potential risks
  • Work with the process improvement team advising on embedding compliance and controls within the process and assisting in the implementation/adoption of new processes
  • Along with compliance work, whenever needed, work on improvement projects and other assignments as a team

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor Certification will be preferred
