About the Role

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer who can work across product, marketing, and branding tasks. You'll design smooth, modern user experiences for our digital platforms, and support the marketing team with eye-catching visuals for social media, ads, and our website.

Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create static posts, carousel slides, ad creatives, story formats, and thumbnails
  • Develop high-performing visuals for lead generation campaigns and paid ads
  • Design property flyers, brochures, and internal presentations
  • Create infographics and visual breakdowns of projects and offers
  • Collaborate with marketing and video teams to align visuals with messaging
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
  • Stay updated on social media design trends and formats

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media design, marketing creatives, and visual content
  • Strong portfolio of Instagram posts, ad designs, and branded content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma is a plus)
  • Understanding of layout, spacing, and design for mobile-first content
  • Ability to work fast and iterate based on feedback
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and real estate branding
  • Comfortable using templates and building design systems for social media
  • Knowledge of ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager is a plus
