We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for Dynamics CE and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights, along with an understanding of Power Platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform using Power Platform and Azure.
  2. Building and deploying customized REST APIs both as a service provider and as a consumer.
  3. Writing code, performing unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing CRM customizations and out-of-the-box solutions.
  4. Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM in line with best practices.
  5. Following the organization's agile development process, adhering to sprint reporting and agile ceremonies.
  6. Communicating with feature-based teams to understand, support, clarify technical design & estimations.
  7. Collaborating with other developers to ensure code meets secure coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
  3. Experience in Power Platform components such as Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps (Model-Driven, Canvas Apps).
  4. Experience developing customizations, plugins, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  5. Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and the .NET framework.
  6. Solid understanding of integration concepts including Azure, SSIS, and other frameworks.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
