ABS International is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join their team based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in business development, target achievement, and client relationship management.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take charge of driving new client acquisition, executing effective sales strategies, and nurturing valuable business connections. Your ability to negotiate, communicate clearly, and strategize sales initiatives will be key to succeeding in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and expand the existing customer base in the assigned territory.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales quotas.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Work efficiently during night shift hours to meet business demands and client needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to optimize market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Work Details:

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi

Working Hours: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Compensation: Attractive fixed salary plus strong incentives and commission structure

Benefits: Annual leave, leave encashment, daily bonuses, and commission earnings
