Job Responsibilities

  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
  • Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Should be an expert on logo design, from concept doodling to final logo in Illustrator
  • Work closely with the Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what Translation Empire is doing in translation & localization industry
  • Lead and/or design more traditional corporate collateral assets including but not limited to logos, adverts, banners, backdrops, brochures, leaflets etc.
  • Should be familiar with UX and UI basics.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and tools. Adapt to new technologies and design software to enhance design processes.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conceptualize and produce engaging layouts, infographics, charts, and visuals for comprehensive PDF reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, data/analytics, product) to gather requirements and content for each report

Requirement & Skills

  • Deep knowledge of typography, visual theory, color theory, and compositio
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Whiteboard animator is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization or creating complex reports (charts, graphs, infographics).

Qualification

  • BS Graphics design, Computer sciences, Mass Communication.
  • 2+ years professional graphic design experience
