Responsibilities
  • Provide the production process and schedule, oversee quality control, and ensure products are produced on time or projects completed within the deadline.
  • Budget, allocate needed human and material resources, and create a timescale for production.
  • Supervise production processes and adjust schedules when needed.
  • Procure and monitor the use of equipment.
  • Check product standards and apply quality-control programs.
  • Liaise among different clients and departments.
  • Complete the paperwork of the production manager and perform various tasks as assigned.
Job Specification
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to decisively act in important situations, quickly grasp concepts, and solve problems in production.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other production-related software.
  • Attention to detail, negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during tight deadlines.
