Job Description

This individual is responsible for managing and executing communications strategy and tasks for various health projects for the Community Health Directorate and the Blood Center, along with other departments of IHHN.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with program teams to strategize and implement campaigns and projects
  • Support program teams in the effective execution of on-ground project activities including advocacy, awareness raising and research
  • Draft key coordination materials e.g. one pagers, overviews and summary documents
  • Execute the development of various project related materials e.g. banners, brochures, standees, presentations, training materials, patient awareness materials etc; write and review content and design work under program team projects
  • Strategize digital activities e.g online partnerships, social media campaigns, programmatic posts
  • Coordinate with main Communications & Resource Development Directorate to share regular updates on CHD program activities
  • Liaise and coordinate with partners, stakeholders and donors to establish new partnerships and manage on-going partnerships
  • Liaising with procurement and external vendors for campaigns and events
  • Also attach links of your design or writing with your cv.
