Job Description:
  1. Process and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  2. Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including backorders and returns.
  3. Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment accordingly.
  4. Assist to develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, inventory levels, and sales performance.
  6. Collaborate with design team to conceptualize and develop new products, including fabrics, patterns, and finishes.
  7. Coordinate with the factory for new developments and ensure the timely dispatch of samples.
  8. Develop detailed cost estimates for new products, including materials, labor, and overheads and analyze cost structures as needed.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and feedback and provide timely or professional responses to customer needs.
Key Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  2. Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

Education required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
