Stradigi is on the hunt for a Creative Content Writer who's not just a wordsmith but also has a pulse on trends, storytelling, and all things digital. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll work closely with our dynamic digital marketing team to craft impactful content that drives results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging web content, blog articles, and campaign copy.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content strategies.
  • Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO alignment.
  • Develop catchy captions, hashtags, and storytelling formats for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Assist in planning monthly social media calendars and brainstorm campaign ideas.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance on social media and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing, Copywriting, and Proofreading
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and digital storytelling
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a self-starter mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience or a highly motivated fresher
  • Excellent command over English writing and grammar
  • A natural flair for creativity and content ideation
  • Social media savvy – knows what's trending, what's not, and how to ride the wave
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Previous experience at a creative or digital marketing agency
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
  • A meme folder ready to inspire creative campaigns
