Overview

As a Sales Representative (CSR), you'll be engaging with customers over outbound calls, guiding them about Medicare plans, and helping them choose the best options. You'll play a key role in building trust, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for both freshers and experienced individuals who want to grow in the call center industry.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients for the Medicare campaign.
  • Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Stay updated with Medicare guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong English communication skills (speaking and listening).
  • Confidence, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work the night shift (US hours).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Competitive basic salary upto Rs 50,000/ month + Bonus
