Role Overview:
As a Project Manager – Cybersecurity at SIRP, you will be responsible for managing and delivering cybersecurity projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, compliance standards, and client expectations. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and sales teams to drive efficient project execution while mitigating risks and ensuring cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams, product developers, and international clients to ensure seamless implementation of SIRP's solutions.
- Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, compliance gaps, and technical challenges throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Information Security, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with cyber risk management, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Experience managing enterprise security projects, security integrations, and automation initiatives.
