Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT organization in Pakistan, with 950+ people on board. We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager with a strong background in both the banking/financial services and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our information systems and digital assets from internal and external threats.
Position: Cyber Security Manager
Location: Lahore (on-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cybersecurity policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, RBI, etc.).
- Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
- Lead cyber risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing across systems and applications.
- Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, DLP, IDS/IPS, etc. Work closely with IT and business units to ensure secure architecture, development, and deployment of applications and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking sector regulations (e.g., RBI cybersecurity framework) and internal security protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
- Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CRISC.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity threats, threat intelligence, risk management, and incident handling.
- Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), mobile security, and application security is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
