Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Town Planner located in Islamabad. The Town Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing town planning projects, conducting site assessments, and preparing planning reports and proposals. The role also involves liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, and contributing to sustainable and strategic urban development.

Qualifications

• Urban Planning, Regional Planning, and Spatial Planning skills
• Proficiency in GIS Mapping, AutoCAD, and other planning software
• Knowledge of Zoning Regulations, Environmental Impact Assessments, and Land Use Policies
• Excellent Analytical, Research, and Report Writing skills
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning (Only)
• Experience in urban development projects is a plus
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is a plus.
