We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  1. Undertake activities on system level design and development (CTB) of the code, testing, deployment, and support the production processing (RTB).
  2. Implement solutions, perform impact assessments, optimize performance, test, and deploy throughout the delivery cycle. Use technical skills for software development, testing, and operational support, moving between these as needed.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and guide the product or service's direction.
  4. Create robust technical designs and development strategies for new components to meet requirements. Write test cases, scenarios, and plans, including unit and integration tests within automated environments to ensure code quality.
  5. Work closely with support teams, collaborate with vendor consultants, and maintain a strong customer focus and end-to-end journey orientation.
  6. Establish a digital environment and automate processes to reduce variation, ensure high-quality code and data, and apply innovation to automate manual tasks.
  7. Coordinate with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to identify and resolve operational issues during all stages of product or service release/change.
  8. Ensure service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are met. Participate in resilience, recovery, and service management exercises. Support on-call duties and shifts as required.
  9. Automate the CI/CD pipeline within a DevOps team, fostering continuous improvement. Be aware of code scanning findings and provide remediation solutions.
  10. Stay updated on current tools, technologies, cybersecurity, and regulations related to data privacy, consent, and residency.
