We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications. You will be responsible for developing RESTful microservices, integrating with third-party platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Skills Required:

  1. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (2+ years of experience)
  2. Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS or Vue JS
  3. Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
  4. Expertise in SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL
  5. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
  6. Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab)
  7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  8. Understanding of microservices architecture and event-based distributed systems
  9. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  11. Flexibility to adapt to new frameworks and technologies as needed

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop scalable web applications focusing on both frontend and backend functionality.
  2. Implement RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems.
  3. Integrate with third-party platforms and services.
  4. Collaborate with other engineers on cross-functional teams.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  6. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
  7. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement solutions accordingly.
  8. Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  9. Apply efficient solutions for automation using CI/CD pipelines.
  10. Optimize databases and queries to ensure quick loading speeds on our websites and portals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  3. 2+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
  4. Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks like React JS or Vue JS.
  5. Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  6. Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  7. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  8. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  9. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
