IBDAN is a fashion brand for young females, focusing on innovative and stylish designs. We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to lead the creative process and bring fresh ideas to life.

Job Overview:

The Fashion Designer will create original clothing designs, select fabrics, and oversee the production process. This role will ensure that IBDAN's collections align with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop seasonal collections.
  2. Research fashion trends and forecast new styles.
  3. Select fabrics, colors, and patterns for each collection.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to bring designs to life.
  5. Create sketches and technical drawings for manufacturing.
  6. Oversee garment fittings and adjustments.
  7. Ensure quality control throughout the design process.
  8. Work with marketing to develop promotional materials for new collections.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  2. 2-3+ years experience in fashion design.
  3. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  4. Strong understanding of textiles and garment construction.
  5. Excellent creativity and trend awareness.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: Rs80,000 to Rs200,000 based on various factors
