Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Berlitz DHA Center located in Karachi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Daily tasks include maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
