Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM (Night Shift), 6 Days a week.
Salary: 70,000PKR - 120,000 PKR per month.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls to assist clients with travel bookings.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy.
- Use Excel to track sales, client details, and performance reports.
- Identify potential leads and follow up to convert them into bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated with travel trends and US geography to guide customers effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent Excel Skills – Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
- CRM Knowledge – Experience with customer relationship management tools.
- Fluent in English – Exceptional grammar and well-spoken communication.
- US States & Geography Knowledge – Essential for assisting customers effectively.
- (Optional) Prior experience in a Travel Agency is a plus
