Overview

We are seeking a trend-savvy and innovative Digital Product Sourcing Specialist to identify, evaluate, and source cutting-edge digital products and emerging tech gadgets. You'll play a key role in expanding our online catalogue by staying ahead of tech trends and securing high-potential products from global platforms and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and discover trending tech products on platforms such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Amazon, and international trade sites.
  • Analyze product viability based on market trends, consumer demand, and competitor landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan effective product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare detailed sourcing proposals including cost analysis, profit margins, and promotional ideas.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust sourcing strategies based on market feedback and sales data.
  • Ensure all sourced products comply with Australian standards and certification requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product sourcing, tech retail, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging tech trends.
  • Experience using market research tools such as Jungle Scout, Trend Hunter, and Google Trends.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms including Alibaba, Kickstarter, and Amazon.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about innovation and e-commerce.
