Responsibilities

Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating plans to promote products/services using digital channels like social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.

Content Creation: Developing engaging content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to specific platforms.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Ensuring that websites and content are optimized for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.

Social Media Management: Running social media campaigns, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns: Managing paid campaigns like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, user behavior, and ROI of marketing efforts.

Email Marketing: Designing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.

Conversion Rate Optimization: Enhancing website design and user experience to increase lead generation or sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong professional attitude with a results-driven approach.
• Must be based in Rawalpindi or willing to relocate prior to joining.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Rawalpindi (Required)

Pay: Up to Rs. 100,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
