Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Head, you will lead a dynamic team of content creators, video editors, SEO experts, and campaign managers to scale our brand visibility, digital sales funnel, and lead generation efforts. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership to drive marketing that delivers impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
  • Oversee content, video, and social media teams with performance KPIs
  • Scale organic growth through SEO, blogging, and YouTube optimization
  • Build lead nurturing workflows using email, WhatsApp, and remarketing
  • Analyze data and optimize ROI on all platforms
  • Lead launch strategies for real estate & tourism-based projects
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in digital marketing (real estate or tourism experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record of handling multi-million PKR ad budgets
  • Strong command over Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio
  • Experience managing creative teams (graphic, content, SEO, video)
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
