• Provide first aid to workforce and staff for occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Regular screening and isolation of plant workforce for contagious illnesses and injuries.
• Administer first aid for cuts, burns, swelling, dislocations/fractures, cardiac issues, and vital sign variations; maintain health and safety report logs.
• Ensure personal hygiene of the workforce.
• Identify unfit workers during screening and verify their fitness before resuming duty with proper medical certification.
• Ensure compliance with Medical Screening and First Aid SOPs.
• Assist factory staff during regulatory visits related to food safety, health, and safety protocols.
• Maintain the First Aid inventory, ensuring items are within expiration dates.
• Keep the First Aid room clean and hygienic.
• Train staff/workforce on basic first aid and health awareness.
• Monitor workforce adherence to prohibited eating policies in coordination with ER for food safety compliance.
• Establish strong liaison with hospitals for emergency handling and patient shifting.
• Evaluate current emergency handling systems, including ambulances, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure annual medical screening of workforce as per regulatory requirements.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in reputed hospitals or industries.
• Diploma in Post Basic Cardiac Care Nursing.
• Diploma in General Nursing (3 years).
