Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our renovation projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate site measurements, preparing detailed bills of quantities (BOQs), and compiling final billing documents for completed projects. This role is critical in ensuring precise documentation and verification for billing purposes, post-project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct detailed site measurements and assessments upon project completion.
  2. Prepare and finalize Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Measurement Sheets for completed works.
  3. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to verify completed scope.
  4. Prepare as-built documentation and support billing submission to clients.
  5. Ensure all works are quantified in line with the scope of work, drawings, and technical specifications.
  6. Assist in verifying subcontractor measurements and preparing internal quantity reports.
  7. Liaise with the accounts and project teams to prepare invoices and certification packages for submission.
  8. Ensure compliance with client documentation standards and support during verification visits or audits.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior or renovation works.
Strong knowledge of post-project quantity documentation, BOQs, and on-site verification.
Familiarity with bank project protocols and documentation will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD; experience with surveying tools preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently on multiple project sites across regions.
