Architectural Technologist vacancy in Gujrat, Pakistan

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Gujrat. In this role, you will assist in designing and developing architectural projects, supporting senior architects with research, drawings, models, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in preparing design proposals and presentations
  2. Research building materials, construction techniques, and codes
  3. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  4. Collaborate with team members on design concepts
  5. Support senior architects through meetings and site visits
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
  • Knowledge of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship or work experience in an architectural firm (preferred)
  • Familiarity with local building codes in Gujrat
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
