Summary
The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure high equipment availability and reliability, with safety and at optimum cost.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance to ensure safety and minimum downtime.
  • Recommend overhaul of equipment to prevent operational disruptions and propose the best rectification solutions.
  • Provide supervision to technicians and junior staff.
  • Ensure troubleshooting, rectification, and re-activation of equipment to minimize delays during breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
  • Enforce safety policies, good housekeeping, and best practices.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Motor Vehicle, Mechatronic, or Diesel Mechanic.
  • Relevant experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, & Pneumatic systems preferred.
  • Minimum LTA Class 3 driving license or above.
