Job Description:
As a Night Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of groceries during the night shift. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Your role will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our groceries during night shifts
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements
- Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and specifications
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with the logistics team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer loyalty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
