We are seeking a courteous, customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding service, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to manage front desk operations are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Maintain a neat front desk area.
  • Answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle guest requests such as wake-up calls, amenities, and transportation.
  • Log guest interactions and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute it promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of emails and correspondence.
  • Schedule and book meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for office activities.
