Client Company Introduction:

A globally recognized service company with over 200 employees is hiring a HubSpot Data Management Specialist for its Karachi office.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Data Management Specialist to join our team.

What's Required:

Must Have Expertise and +2 Years of Experience in:

  • Sales and Marketing Automation (including Workflows and Sequences)
  • Create and manage Reporting Dashboards
  • Sales and Marketing Analytics

Additional requirements include:

  • Expertise in analyzing and maintaining data to support sales and marketing workflows.
  • Experience in Data Automation to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM for data management, workflows, and automations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Import & Export: Manage data transfer into and out of CRM, ensuring proper formatting and consistency.
  • Data Segmentation & Analysis: Segment CRM data for targeted campaigns and analyze trends for actionable insights.
  • CRM Customization: Collaborate with teams to optimize HubSpot CRM, configuring custom fields, workflows, and views.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • External Integrations: Ensure smooth integration of HubSpot with other platforms.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and support on CRM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience with analysis, segmentation, and reporting using HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Attention to detail in resolving data discrepancies.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Data Management Specialist.
  • Understanding of both technical and business aspects of CRM.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant educational background (IT, Computer Science, Data Science).

Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
