NOC Analyst

NOC Analyst (Proactive Service) - US Based MSP Customer

We are seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy individual with a passion for modern cloud technologies and a strong ability to collaborate with teams and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cloud Technology Expertise: We work with various cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud to support our infrastructure and clients.
• Client & Team Collaboration: We engage with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• English Proficiency: Strong English skills are required to interact with predominantly US-based clients.
• Adaptability: This role requires serving as a change champion, adapting to the constant evolution within the NOC environment.
• RMM Tools: We manage and maintain systems using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, preferably Kaseya, but openness to learning is key.
• Ai & Automation: We implement AI and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Microsoft 365: We provide expert support for Microsoft 365 products, with a particular focus on SharePoint.
• Legacy Microsoft Tech: We utilize experience with older Microsoft technologies like Group Policy (GPO) and Active Directory (AD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent or modern Microsoft certifications are desired.
• Experience working in or with a data center environment is beneficial.
