Zyhel Studios, a rising mobile game development company backed by Supersonic, is on the lookout for a Senior Unity Developer to join their growing team at their DHA, Lahore office. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity initially offered as a project-based role, with strong potential to transition into a long-term core position.

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing innovative mobile puzzle and hyper-casual games. You will work in a fast-paced environment that thrives on creativity, speed, and experimentation. If you're passionate about gameplay mechanics, rapid prototyping, and delivering polished mobile experiences, this is your chance to be part of something exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of mobile games using Unity3D.

Rapidly prototype new game mechanics based on design and market research.

Collaborate with artists, designers, and product managers to fine-tune gameplay experiences.

Optimize performance and memory usage for a wide range of mobile devices.

Work closely with publishing partners (such as Supersonic) to meet KPIs and launch standards.

Debug and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to maintain project momentum.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Unity game development, especially in mobile gaming.

Deep understanding of hyper-casual and puzzle game mechanics.

Strong background working with publishers, preferably in a live game environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with performance tuning and mobile optimization.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly iterate on feedback.

Preferred:

A portfolio of published mobile games.

Familiarity with Supersonic or other major mobile game publishers.

Experience in data-driven game design and A/B testing.
