Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and result-oriented Equity Dealers to join our dynamic brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing equity trades, managing clients' orders, and ensuring seamless trade execution in compliance with the regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute buy/sell orders for equities on behalf of clients.
• Monitor stock market trends and communicate trade recommendations to clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades.
• Coordinate with research, operations, and compliance teams.
• Maintain trading records and documentation.
• Provide support to clients regarding order status and market updates.
• Ensure adherence to SECP and PSX regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equity trading/capital markets.
• Strong understanding of stock market mechanics and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and client service skills.
• Certification from [relevant regulatory body, e.g., Pakistan Stock Exchange] would be considered a plus.
