We're Hiring: PHP Full Stack Developer / Team Lead – On-Site (Lahore)

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Softech is looking for a highly skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with strong team leadership and CTO-level mindset to join our dynamic team in Paragon City, Lahore.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll build high-quality web solutions and lead a growing development team.

What You'll Do
  • Develop full-stack web applications using PHP, Laravel, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring code quality, collaboration, and timely delivery.
  • Architect and optimize back-end systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and technical decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in Full Stack PHP Development
  • Strong experience in Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, and front-end tools
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Vue.js or React
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/DigitalOcean)
  • A passion for mentoring and growing tech teams
