Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain database of Failures and Tripping and conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis through 5-WHY method and advise recommendations for Maintenance and Process sections and then follow-up for the timely close out of all Action items to avoid reoccurrence of failures and increase production through increased Availability and Reliability.
• Review Asset Integrity Monitoring & control reports for all equipment, lube oil reports, thickness reports, vibration reports, thermography reports, corrosion monitoring, Cathodic protection reports etc. and provide necessary technical support to Execution to ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.
• Monitor and coordinate regular/specialized audits and inspections for improvement of processing facilities. Set model by comparing actual conditions of the plant with the collected/base data and establish KPI's to monitor the gap.
• Guide Maintenance Execution to improve maintenance strategies based on reliability and risk analysis results. Reviews maintenance and inspection plans for new equipment. Calculate the estimated useful life expectancy of equipment and establish schedules for future repairs or replacement.
• Provide technical support to, whenever required, Maintenance, Electrical & Instrument teams, contributing to areas such as safety, reliability, productivity, asset-management and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of Corporate and SD&HSE policies/procedures & local operative regulations in production operations.

Qualification:

• BSc/BE in Mechanical/Materials Engineering discipline.
• API/NACE/CSWIP certification.
• Strategic thinking, high level of technical knowledge of gas processing plant, capability to correlate technical knowledge with business dynamics.

Experience:

• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the industry.
