About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and resilient Content Optimization Executive to oversee and enhance our brand's presence across all digital platforms, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), our official website, and any third-party platforms featuring our content. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our content is not only consistent and accurate but also optimized to achieve top rankings and maximum visibility.

The ideal candidate possesses an unwavering attention to detail, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and a passion for content excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Oversight:
• Ensure all listings across OTAs, the company website, and third-party platforms are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of our brand standards.
• Regularly audit content for consistency in descriptions, images, amenities, and other relevant details.
• Optimization for Visibility:
• Implement strategies to achieve and maintain a 100% content score across all platforms.
• Utilize SEO best practices to enhance listing rankings and visibility on OTAs and search engines.
• Platform Management:
• Monitor and manage content across various OTAs, ensuring compliance with each platform's guidelines and requirements.
• Collaborate with OTA account managers to address any content-related issues or opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, operations and product teams to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure visual content meets platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track and report on content performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and platform algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of optimizing content for OTAs and achieving high content scores.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges with persistence.
• Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with OTA platforms such as Get Your Guide, Viator, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
