We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting all three of our business units by converting new leads into clients, upselling existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client success, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and bring a proven record in B2B sales within SaaS, EdTech, IT services, or staffing sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

2. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through regular outreach and personalized service

3. Deliver product demos virtually to potential and existing clients.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns, follow-ups, and targeted outreach

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems

Business Unit Focus:

1. PureData

● Upsell PowerSchool plugins and education analytics tools

2. PureData Cloud

● Acquire new customers for managed IT services and cloud infrastructure

3. Pure Connect

● Secure new clients for outsourced staffing services in Sales, Marketing, HR, and Support

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, EdTech, IT services, or staffing highly preferred)

2. Demonstrated success in both new-client acquisition and existing-account expansion

3. Fluent in English with strong presentation, communication, and demo skills

4. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Delivery)

5. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and CRM management skills
