Seven Koncepts (Pvt.) Ltd is currently hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to join our innovative team.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about crafting engaging content and driving brand awareness through various social media channels. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling written and visual content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
  2. Write and edit engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  3. Manage and maintain social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  4. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
  6. Monitor trends and best practices in content writing and social media marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
  7. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of our content and social media efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong background in running successful social media campaigns.
  2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  4. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
