Overview

tossdown is a SaaS company offering e-commerce and digital marketing solutions tailored to the food industry. We work with food businesses to build e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies. Our mission is to help food brands grow by enhancing their online presence and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns for Tossdown's clients, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online ads.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and optimize based on results.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance analysis for senior leadership.
  • Cooperate with the sales and customer service teams to synchronize strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media advancements, technologies, latest trends and best advertising practices for the food and beverage industry.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Tossdown's products and services to better promote them to our clients.
  • Manage digital creative processes including content creation and website updates.
  • Work on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital campaign reach, website traffic, and sales growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a food or e-commerce business.
  • In-depth understanding of different digital marketing channels and online marketing tools.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Must reside in Pakistan and be willing to work on different shifts.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or e-commerce businesses is a plus.
