We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform to ensure the quality and reliability of our business solutions. This role involves manual and automated testing, test case management using Azure DevOps, and documentation control via SharePoint.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform to ensure the quality and reliability of our business solutions. This role involves manual and automated testing, test case management using Azure DevOps, and documentation control via SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for applications built on Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, track bugs, and monitor testing progress.
  • Build and maintain regression test suites; schedule and execute automated tests to support release cycles.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to validate functionality and user requirements.
  • Utilize SharePoint to organize and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices.
  • Provide clear and actionable bug reports, test summaries, and QA metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with 1–2 years focused on Power Apps/Dynamics365 development testing.
  • Experience in a Product Development environment is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Proficient in using Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for regression testing.
  • Experience managing and storing test artifacts in SharePoint as a document repository.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, agile practices, and SDLC.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks.
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test integration in DevOps environments.
