Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Upwork Business Development Officer (BDO) in our Rawalpindi office. The BDO will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring platforms for new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and securing deals. The role also involves maintaining a strong client relationship, communicating project requirements to the team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Excellent writing and communication skills for creating compelling proposals
• Strong negotiation skills for securing deals and managing client expectations
• Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Experience in IT services and project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
