Job Title: Multidisciplinary Research Analyst

Location: Pakistan

Overview:

eGeeks Global is seeking a versatile Research Analyst proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methods. The ideal candidate will contribute to projects across Finance, Technology & Engineering, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and General Research & Data Analysis. This role involves robust research design, data analysis, and generating high-quality insights across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research & Methodology:
    • Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies.
    • Develop theoretical and conceptual frameworks.
    • Formulate and refine research questions for methodological rigor and relevance.
  2. Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed analyses using:
    • Quantitative methods: surveys, statistical modeling.
    • Qualitative methods: interviews, focus groups, thematic analysis.
    • Use tools like SPSS, STATA, NVivo (or domain-specific software).
    • Integrate diverse data sources (financial records, engineering logs, clinical reports).
  3. Reporting & Interpretation:
    • Translate raw data into actionable findings using advanced statistical techniques.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and publications.
    • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Finance: Analyze trends, financial models, market data to inform business strategies.
    • Technology & Engineering: Evaluate system metrics, software engineering data, and emerging tech.
    • Healthcare & Life Sciences: Work with clinical and public health datasets; perform literature reviews.
    • General Research & Data Analysis: Perform robust data analysis and uphold data integrity standards.
  4. Quality Control & Time Management:
    • Ensure accuracy and reliability of findings via validation and quality checks.
    • Adhere to deadlines and milestones.
    • Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Degree in fields such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related.
  2. Methodological Expertise:
    • Qualitative: Skilled in interviews, focus groups, thematic analysis.
  3. Software Proficiency:
    • Mastery of SPSS, STATA (quantitative).
    • Familiarity with NVivo (qualitative).
    • Willingness to learn additional/domain-specific tools.
  4. Publications:
    • At least 2–3 publications in recognized journals.
  5. Practical Experience:
    • 2–3 years working with complex datasets and producing academic or industry reports.
    • Hands-on experience with quantitative research and statistical interpretation.
